1. Order Processing Time

  • Customized & Personalized Products:
    Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after order confirmation and approval of customization details.
  • Non-Customized / Ready Products:
    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Order processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Delivery time may vary depending on:
    • Delivery location
    • Product type
    • Courier partner availability

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
  • Any additional COD charges will be clearly mentioned before placing the order
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship across India
  • Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected products and locations
  • COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of future COD services

6. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

    • SMS / WhatsApp (if provided)

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address may incur re-shipping charges
  • Memento Master is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

9. Damaged Packages During Shipping

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery (if visibly damaged)
  • Or contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos
