At Memento Master (https://mementomaster.in), we take pride in delivering high-quality handcrafted and customized mementos. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy is outlined clearly below.
1. Customized & Personalized Products
Most of our products are custom-made or personalized based on customer specifications such as name, logo, design, size, or text.
🚫 No return or refund is applicable for:
- Customized or personalized mementos
- Products approved by the customer before production
- Orders with customer-provided design/content errors
Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
2. Non-Customized / Ready-Made Products
For non-customized products, returns are accepted only if:
- The item is damaged during transit
- The wrong product is delivered
📅 Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or video of the damaged product
- Original packaging images
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement of the product
- Partial or full refund (at our discretion)
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be canceled only before production begins
- Once customization or manufacturing starts, cancellation is not allowed
Order Cancellation by Memento Master
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
- Incorrect pricing or product details
- Unavailability of materials
- Incomplete customization details
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging
7. No Return / Refund Applicable For
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Slight size or finish variations (handcrafted nature)
- Delayed delivery due to courier or external factors
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund Terms
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be handled as per the conditions below:
1. Eligibility for COD Refund
COD refunds are applicable only if:
- The product is damaged during transit, or
- An incorrect product is delivered
All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof.
2. Refund Method for COD Orders
- COD refunds will not be provided in cash
- Refunds will be processed via:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), or
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Customers must share the following details:
- Full Name
- Bank Name
- Account Number
- IFSC Code
OR - UPI ID
3. Refund Processing Time
- Approved COD refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refund processing begins only after product verification (if applicable)
4. COD Charges
- COD handling charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Refusal of COD Orders
- Refusal to accept a COD order at delivery does not qualify for a refund
- Repeated COD refusals may lead to order restrictions
6. Customized Products & COD
- COD refunds are not applicable for customized or personalized products once production has started
- Customers are advised to review all customization details carefully before placing a COD order
7. Right to Decision
Memento Master reserves the right to approve or reject COD refund requests after internal verification.
